Often many of my clients ask me what is my favorite dressing to dip vegetables in. My secret tiny calorie dressing is balsamic vinegar. With only 14 calories in one tbsp, balsamic vinegar is the perfect dressing for any vegetable. 

Next time you're at the grocery store grab balsamic vinegar instead of regular regular salad dressing, to save yourself from going overboard on your daily calorie intake.
