Eat more plants. It’s that simple.

Whether it’s your morning vegan breakfast or your lunches and dinners that incorporate animal-based foods, EAT MORE PLANTS!

While we want to included animal-based foods, we don’t want to make them the star. They are important to having a balanced diet and sustaining this lifestyle longterm, but overall we eat way too much meat and processed food and not enough fruits and vegetables.

So I’ll say it again…eat more plants!
