As many of you know I'm currently working on a brand new edition of Tiny and Full coming out soon. But I wanted to share with you the NEW Tiny and Full Levels so you know exactly how to navigate your eating throughout the day. 

Check out the levels below, you should think of Level 1 as 80% of your meal, Level 2 as 20%, dip into Level 3 and try to minimize and avoid Level 4. Please comment below and let me know your thoughts and don't worry the levels in the new book will look more chic than this version, but I couldn't help myself from sharing my new level chart with calorie notes.
