Healthy eating would be a lot easier if someone would clean out the refrigerator, get rid of the junk, and stock the shelves with low-calorie choices.

Unfortunately, not all of us have luxury of a refrigerator makeover. So I wanted to share with you all some of what’s inside my refrigerator every week. 

 Having a stocked fridge is so important, it keeps the temptation away from eating out or from grabbing a high-calorie snack. 

Here are a few of my grocery staples to include on your next shopping trip:

Bunch Of Bananas

Bananas make the perfect on-the-go snack not to mention they are packed with fiber and nutrients.

Cascading Farm Frozen Blackberries  

These contain Catechins and Anthocyanins that burn belly fat! Frozen or fresh these berries are perfect topped of oatmeal or just a great late night treat if you find yourself having some late night cravings.  

Fresh Kale

This leafy green is so versatile. We love it because it is packed with Anthocyanin which targets belly burning as well as boosts your skin appearance. We toss it in salads or make our Tiny and Full kale chips. They’re so good. 

 

La Croix Sparkling Water

Whenever, I need a little flavor in my life I turn to La Croix. This sparkling water tastes amazing and comes in a variety of flavors.

Stevia Packets

Stevia is our favorite 0 calorie sweetener and it is always in my pantry. I use it for baking or sometimes in my morning coffee. 

Organic Chicken Breast

Organic chicken breasts are so versatile. They are rich in protein, which helps you start belly burning, and  it's perfect for lunch and dinner. Check out our Tiny and Full recipes for ideas!

Brussel Sprouts

Brussel sprouts make such a great side to chicken or fish. Sauté with some garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper for a dinner side. 

Coconut Yogurt

Almond Dream is an amazing, low calorie, dairy-free yogurt. A whole container is 130 calories. Top it with some belly burning berries for a delicious breakfast parfait. 

Green Tea

I am drinking green tea all day long. It keeps me going all day and not to mention, burns belly fat. Uncle Lee's is my go to tea. 

Coconut Oil

We all know how versatile coconut oil is. We use Spectrum Organic Coconut Oil for cooking and baking. Don't worry though, it won't make your food taste like coconuts!

I love balsamic vinegar. When I want a more tangy salad dressing I add this with some olive oil and it packs the punch to any salad.

Almond Milk

Almond Breeze is my favorite almond milk to use. I use it in my morning shakes, oatmeal and for baking. It only has 30 calories per serving! 

Oatmeal

Everyday for breakfast, I automate by having a 1/2 cup of Quaker Oats with 8 ounces of water. Top with fresh berries and you have a 60 second breakfast made!
