I've always been into workout out and going to the gym, but I just couldn't get that six-pack to really pop. My entire life I always dreamed of having a six-pack. I would have never thought that I would lose 20 lbs. in 4 weeks just by switching up my diet. I didn't even realize I had 20 lbs. to lose! I figured going to the gym was enough but Tiny and Full has taught me how to burn belly fat with food. Now I'm eating new foods that I love with a six-pack I am so proud of.
Sam's Top Tip
It's not all about the gym. I still love working out and gaining muscle, but I realized what Jorge says is true: "You cannot out-train a bad diet." If you like to workout, stick to that routine; but, if you really want to see a difference in the way you look, make sure to watch what you eat.
