At this time we cannot ship orders outside of the United States. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you live outside of the US and place an order that includes a physical product, please note that the charge will go through and you will simply not receive the product. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all of our physical products because if you aren't happy, we aren't happy. Simply fill out this form include it in the box when you ship back your product. What if I purchased a product that is part of a membership?
If you bought the Burn+ program that offers a monthly protein shipment as a part of your membership, we still offer the 30 day money back guarantee. If you cancel your membership within the 7 day trial period, no protein will be shipped to you and you won't have to do anything. However, if you decide to cancel your membership after the 7 day free trial, but before your first 30 days is over, you are still eligible to get a refund, minus shipping and handling, for the protein. Simply follow the return instructions above.
If I cancel my Burn+ Membership, will I also be canceling my protein shake deliveries?
Yes. The monthly protein shake delivery is a part of the Burn+ Membership, so canceling your account will also stop your protein deliveries. To cancel, simply login to your account (www.tinyandfull.online), then click Cancel Membership.
Can I keep my Burn+ Membership but cancel the protein shake deliveries?
The monthly protein shake delivery is a part of the Burn+ Membership. You have to cancel your entire membership and will therefore cancel your protein shake deliveries as well. We do offer a lower level of Burn with Jorge that does not include the protein shake each month. Click here for more info.
