2015 was a really tough year, so this diet came at the right time. I’ve learned to believe in myself again. I’ve lost 65 lbs. since the show and every time I look in the mirror, I’m just so proud of what I’ve accomplished. This is NOT a diet, it’s a lifestyle and I can honestly say anyone can be Tiny and Full for life.
Tiny and Full has gotten me back to my high-school body. For years, I have tried to lose the weight but no plan ever worked for me.
